Sunday Matchies

I absolutely love having two little girls to dress up in matching outfits. So fun! Last week:
 Reagan's photography skills:
 Root beer float!

And today:
Little sweeties.

A Perfect Pioneer Day

With a perfect picnic in the park.

And then after a neighborhood BBQ, fireworks!
Reagan was convinced every firework was too loud for her. Even the smoke bombs.
 Daryn didn't mind.

Notice how Daryn starts off standing, but as the fountain goes up, she goes down.

They were great fun until Reagan had a total breakdown with the sparklers...

Also, the day before, Daryn had an appointment at the allergy doctor. Here she stands, ready to fight any foe that dares to poke her.
 Just kidding!

Playtime

After lots of swimming this summer, we finally to go with Daddy!
The best way you could possibly spend a Saturday afternoon.

Also, after a canceled gymnastics class last week, we made an impromptu stop at the Treehouse Museum.
Daryn loved getting to actually play and she was all over the place!

Reagan can only write one letter, but she makes a dang good "A"!
 Love this place.

Let's Go Fly a Kite

One windy evening, we decided to go kite flying for FHE. The very first time for our girls!

An instant hit.

Daryn also thought it was great fun.
Success!

Brunson Family Pictures

While we were all in New Mexico, we thought we better try to get some decent pictures of the whole family, since the last time that happened was at our wedding- almost 5 years ago! Despite Reagan's best efforts (see below), we got some that turned out pretty good.

Siblings.

Grandkids.

Lance, Shay, and Daniel- our lucky photographer.

So glad we have these pictures!

4th of July

I love Independence Day! It's one of my absolute favorite holidays. And this year was one of the best. Good food and good company.

And cute kids.

Gigi got the kids all dolled up and had then put on a little patriotic program. Adorable!
Reagan love Mumsy and Mimi. How could you not?

After dessert, we did the only fireworks we could get away with- sparklers.

Then we drove out to Lance's cousin Daniel's place for a front row seat to the city fireworks.
It was a great show!

And last but not least, these are actually from Sunday, but don't even try to tell me those aren't 3 of the cutest kids you've ever seen. I'm proud to take half credit for one.
