Things we did in January

So many shenanigans from these two. So many.

Blade got into the cocoa and apparently was not deterred by the taste.

Luckily he likes to help clean up.

She dresses herself in the cutest outfits.

He hides his face when he poops.

She was helping me cook and burned her hand. She decided gloves were the perfect solution.

Preschool friends are perfect for sleeping on.

Pushing his baby around!

If it fits, he sits.

"Hey Mom, didja see the snow?"

They straight up wrestle with each other and it gets pretty wild.

Lance and I went to Nashville for the long weekend! Babymoon for the win. It was so cold there (rain and snow almost the whole time) that we spent lots of time relaxing at the indoor water park connected to our hotel.

We did venture out to the Grand Ole Opry and saw Alan Jackson and Vince Gill.

We brought the girls home some fun candy from this shop and they were thrilled.

A visit to the Nashville temple was a highlight of the trip.

As was this life size replica of the Parthenon.

More pool time.

Dressed up for dinner one night. We ate so much good food, and half the restaurants were part of the resort we were staying at, which was pretty convenient.

Saying goodbye to the relaxation!

We were pretty happy to come home to these munchkins, who had the best time with and were spoiled out of their ears by Lance's parents.

They even got a big snowstorm to play in!

I went to dinner with these girls. Marissa is moving to Oregon. I can't believe she is leaving me!

Later in January, Lance took Reagan skiing and they had a blast.

Meanwhile, I got to teach Blade to sleep in a big boy bed, which went surprisingly well for naptime. Bed time may be another matter.

Matchy polo man shirts!

On Friday Lance left work early and we took the kids to the Ice Castles in Midway. Pretty fun for the girls. Blade was feeling a little under the weather.

The slides are the best part!

We made it through another January! Is it spring yet?
