Following our Christmas theme, we also stayed in for New Years. We planned a family game night with the girls. (They got lots on new games for Christmas). Everyone was excited!
We made yummy snacks and played the night away.
At some point we went out back to do sparklers and caught some of the neighbors fireworks. Beautiful in the snow!
We even did Reagan's little piñata that she made in school.
At 10 o'clock we counted down, blew our noises makers, popped our poppers, and put the girls right to bed. Lance and I love our evenings to ourselves!
That evening I also finished reading the Book of Mormon, completing our stake goal to read the whole book in 2016. It was the prefect way to end the year.
We are so looking forward to many new adventures in 2017!
