Blade turned 4 months old last week! The past month has been a little rough. His personality has really come out, which has been delightful. He is generally a pretty happy baby and smiles and laughs a lot. But his sleeping totally tanked (right after he turned 3 months). Instead of 9-11 hour stretches at night, he's been getting up 2-3 times every night. And waking up early from naps. Needless to say, I am not thrilled. But he is so freaking adorable, I can't really hold it against him.
He discovered his voice and his feet this past week, and babbles and coos and screeches almost non-stop when he is awake.
He also got to try his jumper! The jury is still out.
At his doctors appointment on Friday, he was 14 lbs 2 oz (25 percentile) and 25.5 inches (75 percentile). Long and lean! He finally is outgrowing his 3 month clothes and now wears size 1 baby shoes. He eats every 3-3.5 hours during the day. He spits up sooooo much but it doesn't seem to bother him. He tolerates tummy time and likes laying on his playmat because he can grab at things now. He loves playing airplane and zooming through the air and being bounced. He is such a chill little boy! We love him to death.
