Finishing up another round of swim lessons. Daryn officially learned how to swim! The lifeguards at the pool we went to a few weeks later were impressed (and prepared to jump in and save her).
Another round of popsicles for Madelyn.
"I build a rocketship!"
So much yummies from the garden. (We've been giving away lots of zucchini)
Eat the rainbow!
Adorable girl!
Dartside fun at Layton FEST.
Best buds.
Reagan was playing babies and lines all her babies up in size order for a nap (Blade to smallest).
We bought a keyboard in anticipation of piano lessons starting soon!
Daddy and Bladey hunt flies.
Pulling taffy in Activity Days for our pioneer activity.
The girls decorated visors from a kit that our beloved neighbor, Susan Wayman, brought them.
Reagan ran her own root beer float stand and was pretty successful- business was brisk for the first couple hours and she learned a lot about economics and finances.
Later that afternoon, we had a water day where I set up all the water toys that we own at once. Pretty fun!
Blade and Lance opted to stay dry (until the girls started a water balloon fight).
Best snuggle buddies in the whole world!
Maddie decided to teach her animals to go potty (a skill she could stand to work on herself).
Snacktime creations the girls made one day.
Pioneer Day! We had a neighborhood breakfast this year.
After breakfast there was a fun bike parade down the street.
And some foot races and pooping potato races- the girls did great in their age divisions.
After the festivities we over, we decided to hike to the waterfall. May have been a mistake in the middle of the day in the middle of July. It was pretty toasty.
But we made it and the girls had fun playing.
And we stopped for a cold treat at Sonic on the way back.
Then the girls got a hold of my phone and took some pictures. These are the only ones I saved out of hundreds...
