6 month stats

AKA the itsy bitsy baby. Reagan had her 6 month doctor appointment this morning. The results were somewhat surprising. In one month we went from having a fairly average baby to a tiny (yet tall) one!

Length: 27 inches (80th percentile)
Weight: 15 lbs, 11 oz (35th percentile! Yikes!)
Head: 41.6 cm (20th precentile- another yikes!)

My baby is so tall and skinny! In fact, she is in the 9th percentile for weight of babies her height. That's it. We need to start packing in the food!

Skills: so close to crawling! (she pushes up on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth), sits up well, eats lots of fruits and veggies, lunges forward, rolls all over, flirts and makes friends with strangers, chews on everything, loves peek-a-boo and patty-cake, plays with more advanced toys, starting to pull herself up, still sleeps around 16 hours a day.

This little girl lights up my life every day! She is such a joy to be around- so smiley and giggly. We just love her to death. I can't believe how quickly she is growing. Better buy a baby gate this week!
