The cold spring weather is finally gone and we are ready for summer! Reagan finished up her last year of preschool with a cute little program the day after Daryn's birthday.
Beloved Mrs. Call, who we will miss dearly (Daryn is going to the same preschool, but Mrs. Call is retiring). We are so grateful for the wonderful influence she has been on Reagan.
We celebrated school being out (and making it through the craziness of the past week) that night at Chuck E. Cheese!
It was Daryn's first time and the girls loved it.
That week Reagan had handspring camp up in ogden everyday, so we stayed pretty busy.
Friday night was the Father-Son campout in our ward. We did this instead :)
The girls loved camping in the backyard with Daddy, although Daryn only made it until about 2 am when Lance brought her in.
Saturday we got to see Lance's brother Shay because he was in town for a wedding (and Meagan and Grace). Apparently we didn't get any pictures with Shay, but here are the girls.
We spent Memorial Day just as a family. Daryn and I went to go meet her new preschool teacher that morning, and she was so excited.
We ate lots of yummy food and taught our girls about all the people that had died so we could be free to choose what we want to do.
We also set up Daryn's pool that she got for her birthday!
We spent the rest of the week outside basically. Tons of swimming in the pool and lots of trips to the splash pad before the big kids got out of school and took it over.
Everyone got some sun!
Madelyn's first slide!
And one day I let Maddie try her very first "swimming".
She seemed to like it! At least, she didn't cry.
In other news, Maddie sits in the bumbo now.
As do the other girls, apparently.
This is how I grocery shop now. It's actually pretty effective. Thanks, Smiths!
There was the time Maddie tried to nurse on this giant teddy bear.
And the time both the big girls nursed their babies at the breakfast table.
We're so excited for a fun summer and glad this little bug is along for the ride :).
