January

January is such a long month. It took a while for things to get back to normal. Blade missed an entire week of school while he recovered. His lips were so dry and he picked at them constantly and would end up covered in blood. 

The other kids were off to new adventures. Daryn started her new jump rope class and is loving it. 

Dixie moved into her new bed and out of the high chair. She's all grown up!

Read on the bed and rest on the floor. Makes sense. 

Maddie started art class and kept busy with lots of various crafts. I love this picture she drew free hand of a ballerina. 

Blade started Primary! He loves his Sunbeams class and teachers. 

Dixie started Mommy and Me gymnastics and is obsessed. She asks every day to go to "nastics".

Work it, girl!

More time at the park during piano lessons and karate.

Lance took the girls to a Layton City ice skating event. 

Where he ran into my cousin! Helpful.

Daryn finally got her bird from Santa!

His name was Twilight and we loved him so much. 

Sadly, he only lived about 2 weeks. 

But they were a good 2 weeks. 

Daryn really bonded with him.

Ever since moving her out of the crib, Dixie has been the funniest sleeper. We find her out of her bed more often than in it. 

Reagan had another robotics competition.

I went snowshoeing with the youth! We had a great time. 

Play place at the mall while Lance did a little shopping. 

Views that just can't be beat.

The good and the bad: flowers from Lance and my shoe that broke right at the beginning of a meeting for all the youth that I was running. 

Having her at the table with us is just a delight....

Daryn also started Black Belt Club and is doing great.

Everything is a family affair around here. Even watching the birds in the bird feeder.

Blade is such a nice brother to Dixie! He likes to do her hair, just like the other girls.

She seriously love gymnastics so much.
